How to Find a Job Fast

Finding a job fast requires a daily commitment that nothing will stop you from getting a job. Many people who are looking for a job limit their search to one type of company. You should review your skills to see how they’re applicable in different types of companies. Create an appropriate resume and then apply. People who are willing to move have more options. Rejection should not end your search it is leading you the right position. 

1. Spend 15 to 20 hours each week researching and applying for job
2. Have an interview every week even if it is not officially for a job. It can be an informational interview.
3. Look for opportunities to get your foot in the door at the entry level and then move up
4. Believe and visualize yourself having a job
5. Let rejection to propel you to work harder to get a job. Be determined 
6. Prayer daily it works. Be specific.
7. Leave a resume and send it by email whenever you meet someone 
8. Send a thank you card to positions that interest you. It shows that you pay attention to detail
9. Practice interviewing with a friend to get feedback and to gain confidence 
10. Join job search websites like the following: Robert Half, Career Builder, job.com. etc.

Your success depends on your level of commitment. While you are looking for a job look for a new skill that you can learn. It may be a one day or one week training that increases your value.
